Are you an overseas buyer?
As an overseas buyer, there is a manual verification process that needs to be conducted by Pickles staff before your account setup can be completed. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process to be completed.

How to have your account verified as an overseas buyer

Start your account creation by visiting https://www.pickles.com.au/sign-in. Enter your first name, last name, email address and accept the terms & conditions and privacy policy. Once completed, you will receive an email to start the verification process

Click on the ‘Billing’ tab and enter all the required information.

To complete your account creation, please email MyPicklesInfoUpdate@pickles.com.au the following information:

• Full name
• Email
• Mobile number
• Address
• Copy of passport and driver’s license

A Pickles staff member will be in contact within 24 hours to verify the account. Once the account is verified, you will be able to participate in any of our live and online auctions.
